Creek Tours and Travel Limited was founded in 2001 dedicated to provide inbound and outbound tour and travel services. We launched domestic packages to undiscovered tourist destinations targeting the youth who had traditional been shunned by the industry players.

My experience with Grace while planning for the trip was tremendous. She booked us a trip to maasai Mara which we just got back. Grace is amazing, she is very spontaneous and very patient at the same time. I am very particular and a perfectionist myself so hard to please but Grace met my expectations. Our driver phidell was awesome! He is very knowledgeable, friendly moreso with our kids something we really appreciated. We can't wait for our upcoming trip to Mombasa with creek tours. I will recommend Grace and her team anytime.

I recently used Creek Tours and Travel for a 3-day trip to Masai Mara. Overall, I was very impressed with their service, Grace was handling our request and she was very polite and accommodating at all times, listening to all my requests and answering to all of them. The hotel/camp arranged by the agency were top-notch and provided a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring. I appreciated that they took care of all the logistics, such as transportation and meals, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. One minor issue was that the tour guide was not very knowledgeable and could have been better. He spoke very less and couldn't share any interesting information about the place. However, the tour guide made adjustments as per our comfort and was very cooperative. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a well-planned and enjoyable travel experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction made for a truly memorable trip.

My 3 nights stay at Neptune village resort was quite exhilarating.......everything was well catered for from the flights to and fro.....airport pick up and drop off was timely......the hotel had the friendliest customer service.....the meals had a wide spectrum to choose from.......the accommodation was top notch......All thanks to Creek Tours and Travel......Thanks once again!!!!!
