Creeks started as a single Land Cruiser and a Rolodex of camp managers who were friends, not vendors. Our founder had spent a decade as a ranger in the Maasai Mara before realising that most visitors were seeing Africa through a packaged lens — a lens designed for the operator's margin, not the traveller's experience.
Today we run safaris across five countries and maintain a network of over 200 camps, lodges, and independent guides. Every one of those relationships was built on foot, in the field, over many years.

Africa by Africans
We are not a Western tour operator reselling Africa. Every guide, camp partner, and ranger in our network is someone we have broken bread with. Local knowledge is not a product — it is our foundation.
Small groups, real access
Our safaris are small by design — typically 4 to 8 guests. Smaller vehicles mean less dust, better game-viewing angles, and guides who can respond to what the animals are doing rather than a fixed schedule.
Transparent pricing
No hidden charges, no resort fees, no tipping confusion. We publish our prices in USD, tell you exactly what is included, and build your gratuity guidance into the trip notes.

Founded in 2002 in Karen, Nairobi. We have never had a traveller get lost, a camp booking fall through, or an emergency we could not solve. That record is our most valuable asset.
Flexible and responsive
Life changes. We offer flexible date changes up to 60 days out, and our consultants are reachable by WhatsApp. You are not dealing with a call centre.

Every Creeks guide is Kenya Wildlife Service certified, has completed wilderness first aid, and — most importantly — grew up near the ecosystems they take you through. They know which waterhole the lions drink from in June. They know the local ranger who can radio ahead.
We do not hire and rotate seasonally. Our core guide team has an average tenure of nine years with Creeks. You will likely meet guides who have taken more than a thousand guests into the bush.
