This document is being finalised with our advocate and may change. Items shown [in brackets] are still being confirmed. Your written quote sets out the terms that apply to your booking. Questions? Email info@creekstours.com.
1. Before you book
1.1 This is a plain-English summary, not a substitute for the full documents. Your accepted Quote and Booking Terms & Conditions for Tours and Safaris form the core contract. Ask us about anything unclear before paying.
1.2 Website trips and prices are planning examples. Your Quote must identify the travellers, exact itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation, group/vehicle basis, total USD price, deposit and balance dates, and known non-refundable items.
2. Contract and payment
2.1 A Booking usually forms when you pay the required [Deposit %] deposit before the Quote expires and we confirm in writing. The balance is normally due [Balance due days before departure] days before departure. You pay sending-bank and currency-conversion costs; we do not add undisclosed booking or resort fees.
2.2 Park fees, taxes, permits, fuel or exchange rates can change. We may pass through only a documented increase allowed by the Booking Terms. A material increase gives you the stated options.
3. Cancellation and changes
3.1 The standard customer cancellation scale is:
| Notice | Charge |
|---|---|
| 45+ days | no Creeks Tours cancellation fee; disclosed irrecoverable third-party and payment costs may be deducted |
| 44–15 days | 25% of total Trip price, or greater disclosed irrecoverable third-party costs |
| 14 days or fewer / no-show | 100% |
3.2 Permits, flights and some lodge deposits can be non-refundable. One reasonable date change requested 60+ days out has no Creeks Tours administration fee, but Supplier costs and price differences apply. See Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy.
4. Changes, Suppliers and risk
4.1 Wildlife, weather, roads and Supplier operations can require changes. We may reasonably reroute or substitute comparable accommodation while preserving value. We use local Suppliers and may act only as agent for a service if the Quote clearly says so.
4.2 Safari, road, wildlife, water, altitude and remote-area risks cannot be eliminated. Follow guide instructions and sign Assumption of Risk, Release & Indemnity. That document does not waive non-waivable rights or release negligent conduct where law forbids it.
5. Insurance and documents
5.1 Comprehensive travel insurance with medical evacuation and repatriation is mandatory. Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar may also require designated inbound insurance. You are responsible for passports, eTAs/visas, transit rules, health advice, vaccination evidence and child consents. Check Travel Insurance, Health, Visa & Documentation Requirements and official authorities.
6. Children, privacy and help
6.1 Children are generally priced at 75% of the adult rate, subject to park fees and age rules; your Quote controls. Gorilla tracking is generally 15+, and other activities have varying Supplier limits. A responsible adult must supervise minors and follow Minors, Families & Child Safeguarding Policy.
6.2 Enquiry data is emailed through Resend to our Hostinger mailbox and may be processed on Vercel or WhatsApp. Necessary details are later shared with travel Suppliers and authorities. We do not sell personal data. See Privacy Policy.
6.3 Report a Trip problem immediately. Formal complaints are acknowledged within one working day and normally answered within 10 working days under Complaints & Dispute Resolution Procedure. Contact info@creekstours.com or +254 717 348 064.
