We send a copy for each traveller to sign with the booking confirmation. It is published here so you can read it before you book.
1. Optional permission
1.1 Creeks Tours requests permission to use the material selected below. Signing is optional, is not a condition of travel and does not affect price or service.

2. Material and choices
2.1 I grant permission only for boxes I actively select:
- photographs or video captured by Creeks Tours or its authorised photographer in which I am identifiable;
- audio or written testimonial supplied by me;
- my first name and last initial;
- my full name;
- general Trip destination and month/year;
- tagging my social-media account [Social handle].
2.2 Permitted channels:
- creekstours.com and trip PDFs;
- Creeks Tours’ organic social-media accounts;
- email newsletter;
- printed brochure or trade-show display;
- paid digital advertising.
3. Licence and editing
3.1 I grant Creeks Tours a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, crop, subtitle, resize and publish the selected material for marketing, editorial and business-history purposes for [Media licence term]. Creeks Tours will not materially distort my words or portray me in a defamatory, discriminatory or misleading way.
3.2 I confirm that a testimonial I provide reflects my honest experience and that material I supply is mine to license. Creeks Tours will disclose any material incentive where required.
3.3 I receive no payment unless separately agreed. Creeks Tours may allow production, hosting and advertising providers to process the material only for the selected uses. It may not sell the material as a standalone asset.
4. Withdrawal and sensitive situations
4.1 I may withdraw consent for future use by emailing info@creekstours.com. Creeks Tours will stop new digital use and remove controlled online material within a reasonable period, but cannot recall printed material already distributed, third-party resharing outside its control or use lawfully completed before withdrawal.
4.2 Creeks Tours will not publish precise live location, passport information, medical information, or a Child’s school or identifying routine. Separate parent/guardian consent and, where appropriate, the Child’s assent are required for a Child.
5. Signature
